چکیده
Background: The aim of present study is to evaluate the anti-inflmmatory activity Chlorella vulgaris in acute and chronic experimental inflammatory model. Plant extract was analyzed for photochemical screening different phytoconstituents. Methods: Paw edema induced with 1.5% carrageenan all groups except normal. Diclofenac used as a standard drug at 50, 100, 200 mg/kg dose study. Carrageenan administered paw. thickness measured 0, 1, 2 4 hr. Inflammatory cytokines oxidative stress were paw homogenate. Chronic screened by using cotton pellet granuloma. Results: In result, increased from 1 hr treated group shows decrease thickness. SOD GSH content decreased MDA level injected group, however treatment reverse effects also we found that increase cytokine group. In, egg albumin model volume rats vulgaris. CV showed dependent activity. Conclusion: From this conclude has antiinflammatory

Evaluation of Anti-ulcer Activity of Echinops Persicus on Experimental Gastric Ulcer Models in Rats
Extract of Echinops persicus is traditionally used for a long time in Iran for treatment of cough and constipation. This extract is produced by activity of bug (Situphilus spp.) on the plant. We documented its anti-tussive effect in rats in our previous study. The aim of this study was to assess the anti-ulcer effect of Echinops persicus in an animal model. In this study we evaluated anti-ulcer...
متن کاملInvestigating the Anti-Inflammatory and Analgesic Activity of Leaves of Wedelia chinensis (Osbeck) Merr. In Standard Experimental Animal models
The ethanolic extract of Wedelia chinensis (EEWC) belonging to the family of Asteraceae was evaluated by hot plate and acetic acid induced writhing methods to assess its analgesic activity. The extract was also evaluated for its by using on carrageenan, mediators such as histamine and serotonin induced paw oedema, and cotton pellet induced granuloma tests for its effect on acute and chronic ...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
